Order placement & pricing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you.
The main characteristics of each product are displayed on its product page. Please be aware that product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to variations in device settings.
In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, we will inform you and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled. If payment has already been made, we will refund you in full.
Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, sales, and other commercial factors. All prices are quoted in AUD and include VAT (where applicable). Should the VAT rate change between your order date and delivery, we will adjust the VAT unless payment has already been made in full.
Discount codes are subject to their own terms and conditions, which may include eligibility criteria and maximum order value. If there is a contradiction between these terms and the discount code's terms, the latter will take precedence.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that does not comply with these terms, even if payment has already been processed. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
Please review the final price before placing your order. If there is an error in pricing or payment calculation, we will reject the order and contact you to offer the product at the correct price.
The purchase price and delivery cost will be charged to your account upon the dispatch of your order.

Role & responsibilities
When you make a purchase from www.withprimeskin.com, you are directly buying from Prime Skin. We provide the platform, manage sales, payments, refunds, and shipping on our branded goods. Once full payment for your order is received, your obligation to Prime Skin will be fulfilled.
Prime Skin manages shipping directly, and we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
Order conditions
By clicking the 'Confirm and Pay' button, you enter into a legal obligation to pay for the product(s) in your basket.
The contract between you and Prime Skin is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order via email. Until then, no contract exists, and we may reject any order at our discretion.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation after placing your order, but this does not constitute acceptance of the order. The order is accepted once you receive a dispatch confirmation from us.
