*For Standard Shipping, your parcel may be left unattended by Australia Post if it is deemed safe. Prime Skin is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. To ensure a signature upon delivery, we recommend choosing Express Shipping.

Processing time 

Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same business day from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, via Australia Post. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

After a product launch, please allow an additional business day for processing due to higher order volumes.
